Our role

Strategic partner on the owner's and client's side.

ProCon does not act as a standardised project handler. We make sure the right questions are asked early, the right decisions are prepared and the right partners are brought in at the right moment.

Why this role matters

Many projects start too early with planning, quotations or detailed decisions. That is exactly where misdirection begins — expensive, time-consuming and often disappointing later on. Our task is to create clarity before those steps set the course.

We translate ambition into reliable project logic: what is sensible, which architecture fits, how much depth is needed at each stage and how quality, feasibility and budget can be aligned into a coherent direction.

Core areas

What our work consists of in practice.

Strategic assessment

Analysis of the starting point, priorities, constraints and target vision to form a reliable basis for the next decisions.

Project logic and structure

Organisation of process, roles, milestones and decision pathways so the project is not driven by randomness or isolated interests.

Partner curation

Recommendation of architects and specialists whose quality and attitude genuinely fit the project.

Guidance through the early phase

Sparring, assessment and quality control until the project is set up strongly enough for architecture and execution to build on it.

The quality of a project is not decided on site. It is decided in the early choices made before that.
